CleanReadsHub is a digital platform designed for children and families, offering stories, audiobooks, educational content, and interactive experiences. By accessing or using CleanReadsHub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Eligibility & Parental Responsibility

CleanReadsHub is intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a child to use the app, the parent or guardian agrees to supervise the child's use of the app, approve any purchases or subscriptions, and manage account settings and permissions. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for all activities conducted within the app.

Accounts (If Applicable)

If the app allows account creation: you are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, you agree to provide accurate information, and you are responsible for all activity under the account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions & Payments

Billing

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store payment information.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled. Renewal terms are managed by Apple or Google.

Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled through your device's app store settings.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

Parental Gate

Certain features may require parental approval, including purchases or subscriptions and account-related actions. These features may be protected by a parental gate to prevent unintended access by children.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with app functionality, reverse engineer or copy the app, or misuse content or services. We may restrict access if misuse is detected.

Intellectual Property

Content Ownership & Use

All content within CleanReadsHub — including stories, audiobooks and podcast content, video content, illustrations, graphics and images, and app design, layout, and branding — is owned by or licensed to CleanReadsHub and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or reused without prior written permission from CleanReadsHub.

Library Picks & Book Recommendations

CleanReadsHub may feature book covers, titles, and references to third-party books as part of curated "Library Picks" or recommendations. These materials remain the property of their respective authors, publishers, and rights holders. CleanReadsHub does not provide access to the full content of these books within the app. These recommendations are intended to help users discover books that may be purchased by parents or guardians or borrowed from libraries.

Third-Party Services

CleanReadsHub may use trusted third-party services, including RevenueCat (subscription management) and Supabase (backend infrastructure and data storage). These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. While we carefully select providers that align with our privacy and safety standards, CleanReadsHub is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use information.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated, the app is misused, or required for legal or security reasons. You may stop using the app at any time.

Disclaimer

CleanReadsHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or complete accuracy of all content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanReadsHub is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, loss of data, or service interruptions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, the "Effective Date" will be updated and continued use of the app means you accept the changes.
